🔁 Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging

To request a return, email us at support@foxydeals.co with your order number and reason.
📩 Please do not send anything back before receiving return instructions.

Retours
Vous disposez de 14 jours après réception pour demander un retour.
Les conditions :

  • Produit non utilisé, en parfait état
  • Emballage d’origine conservé

Pour initier un retour, contactez-nous à support@foxydeals.co avec votre numéro de commande et la raison.
📩 Ne retournez jamais un article sans avoir reçu nos instructions.

💳 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.

Remboursements
Dès réception et inspection du produit retourné, vous serez informé(e) par email.
Si le retour est accepté, le remboursement sera effectué sur votre mode de paiement initial sous quelques jours.

🔄 Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

🚫 Non-returnable items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Digital downloads (ebooks, guides, etc.)
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance

Articles non retournables
Certains produits ne peuvent pas être retournés :

  • Articles personnalisés
  • Téléchargements numériques (ebooks, programmes…)
  • Articles en promotion finale ou soldés
